Pigment, a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in AI-first Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, is seeking a Lead Product Designer. This role involves leading a team of designers to create high-impact AI-first experiences, defining new interaction modalities for agentic AI, and shaping the company's design culture. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end design process, from research and conceptualization to usability testing and delivery, while collaborating closely with product managers and mentoring other designers.
