Prolific is hiring a Lead Product Designer for its Product, Research & Design team to lead design vision, strategy, and execution across participant experiences, authenticity, internal services, and participant-modeling platforms. The role combines hands-on design with user research and data analysis, lines up to three designers, and requires extensive in-house product design experience, design-system and accessibility leadership, AI prototyping, and familiarity with AI models.
