Description
Quartermaster is hiring a full-time Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of its home management experience, including AI-assisted features that turn property, behavioral, and environmental data into personalized homeowner experiences. Reporting to the Director of Design, the role leads design in a product trio, partners with product and engineering leads, validates hypotheses through research and prototypes, contributes to the design system, and uses AI tools in the design practice. The position is based in Toronto and requires a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office per week.
