Smartly is hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead product discovery and design from research through delivery for its advertising platform. The role involves translating customer and business needs into intuitive workflows, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and leadership, contributing to AI-native experiences and the design system, and mentoring other designers. Candidates should have strong experience with complex digital products, product discovery, and workflow design; marketing technology or advertising technology experience is beneficial. The position requires working from the Polanco, Mexico City office at least three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
