The role requires a degree in agriculture, sustainability, or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of agricultural production experience with a technical background, at least 5 years of employee management experience, experience with industry standards and customer-driven product development, and C1-level English proficiency. The position works 39 hours per week, starts immediately, and offers flexible working hours and mobile office options within Germany.
