Hologic is hiring a Lead Product Development Engineer to lead the design, development, verification, validation, regulatory compliance, and commercialization of complex medical devices from concept through launch and production transfer. The role provides technical leadership across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, clinical, and external partners; manages complex product programs; and mentors team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience, with medical-device product development experience preferred. The annualized base salary range is $119,300 to $186,600, with bonus eligibility.
