Reducto is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to define and build features and platforms for their AI-driven enterprise data ingestion solution. The successful candidate will lead business-critical projects, focusing on creating intuitive UIs for document viewers, extraction workflows, data visualization, and editing interfaces. They will also ideate and deliver new features like form filling, translations, and document classification, implementing real-time collaboration features and experimenting with innovative interaction patterns. This role involves close collaboration with founders and customers to shape product direction based on user feedback, requiring a quantitative approach to building products and comfort with the full development lifecycle.
