DefenseStorm is hiring a Lead Product Engineer (SDE3) to lead a product engineering team delivering complex GRID platform solutions through specification-driven, agentic development. The role combines hands-on product development with technical leadership, including defining solutions, directing AI agents, managing delivery risks, setting architecture and security direction, and coaching engineers. It is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote work, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least seven years of production software experience, and at least two years of technical leadership experience.
