BlueOptima is hiring a Lead Product Manager in London to own the strategy and roadmap for a business-critical product, with responsibility for NRR, MAUs, feature adoption, stickiness, and competitive positioning. The role partners with executive leadership, enterprise customers, sales, product marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and ML and backend teams; it also involves mentoring product managers and shaping product craft. Candidates should have experience leading products in AI software development, software engineering intelligence, DevOps, developer tools, data analytics, or agentic AI, and should be comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. The position offers £90,000 to £100,000 plus a 5% execution bonus, with flexible work arrangements including two remote days per week.
