ChargePoint is hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead the Fleet Vertical in Europe. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product, the individual contributor will own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for charging hardware, fleet-management software, and energy-management solutions serving truck, bus, and van operators. The role partners with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations; influences OEM partnerships; tracks market and competitive trends; and communicates complex technical and commercial concepts to stakeholders. Candidates need 12 years of experience in fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, or adjacent mobility sectors, along with a track record in product management, business development, corporate strategy, or service or operational leadership.
