Description
GovTech is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead the MFA product team and shape the vision, strategy, and execution of its product portfolio. The role owns product strategy and OKRs, roadmap sequencing, backlog prioritisation, trade-offs, product discovery, market and customer research, adoption and change management, metrics, risk, and governance. It requires more than eight years of relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Programme Manager, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, agile and product-management-tool experience, and familiarity with AI tools and government-service technology trends. Flexible work arrangements are offered subject to the role.
