GovTech is seeking Product Managers or Senior Product Managers to lead end-to-end development of digital solutions for the Culture, Community and Youth Cluster. The role covers product strategy, stakeholder engagement, market and user research, backlog management, requirements and user stories, collaboration with design, engineering and QA, product performance, analytics, and product maintenance. Candidates need a relevant diploma or degree, at least five years of product management experience, experience working with engineers and designers, and a strong background in modern product development practices.
