Description
Lattice is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the future of its Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and integrations that connect Lattice performance data with AI tools and third-party productivity platforms. The role owns MCP and AI ecosystem strategy, ships integrations and connectors, builds authentication and agentic execution foundations, partners with engineering and external partners, and drives adoption and ecosystem growth. Candidates need 7+ years of product management experience, strong technical fluency in integrations and APIs, and experience building scalable platform or ecosystem products. The role is open to candidates residing in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada, with an estimated annual cash salary of CAD $135,000–$180,000 and remote eligibility.
