OpenText is hiring a full-time Lead Product Manager – Enterprise AI in Waterloo for an in-office role. The position leads the roadmap and evolution of core Enterprise AI platform capabilities, partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Security, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements for large-scale RAG, agentic AI, model orchestration, and retrieval services; driving scalability, performance, reliability, observability, and cloud efficiency; supporting strategic customer engagements; and conducting competitive analysis. The role requires 8+ years of product management or related experience, enterprise SaaS or cloud-native software experience, cloud platform knowledge, generative AI and enterprise AI architecture expertise, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
