Padam Mobility is recruiting a Lead Product Manager to coordinate Product Managers and UX, maintain a consolidated roadmap, manage presales and tender decisions, track client projects, coordinate integrations, lead discovery and UX, represent Product on the business council, and manage product metrics. The role requires leadership of a Product team, SaaS product knowledge, B2B tender experience, strong communication, and persuasive English; familiarity with transportation and mobility, data-driven decision-making, and formal organization are advantageous. Remote work is possible, and the hiring process includes video calls, management and technical interviews, and a final interview.
