Versaterm is hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead strategic modernization and transformation across public safety product portfolios, including Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management. The role defines multi-year product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans; leads AI and emerging-technology initiatives; partners with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders; and mentors product professionals. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or public safety product management experience, AI product knowledge, cross-functional delivery experience, and a Canadian security clearance. The position may include variable compensation and requires legal authorization to work in Canada.
