Truv is hiring a Lead Product Manager to build and optimize products that help lenders verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. The role partners with engineering, design, compliance, analytics, and client teams to deliver secure workflows, onboarding, implementation, go-live, developer experience, and post-launch improvements. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience in government, lending, or financial technology, along with experience delivering products used by agencies, risk teams, or financial institutions.
