Description
AXS is hiring a Lead Product Manager to define and execute the vision for its next-generation Commerce Platform, including the Commerce Configuration Framework. The role owns strategy, roadmap, reusable commerce primitives, modernization of legacy pricing and fee architectures, APIs, configuration services, regulatory and financial governance, settlement, reporting, and migration planning. It requires 7+ years of product management experience, strong commerce and platform knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The position offers a $130,000–$170,000 base salary, bonus eligibility, full-time benefits, and hybrid work.
