The Very Group is hiring a Lead Product Manager - Data to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of a portfolio of data products or a complex, high-impact data product area. The role involves leading discovery, prioritising roadmaps, partnering with data and technology teams, influencing senior stakeholders, measuring product outcomes, embedding product-led ways of working, and identifying opportunities to use data, analytics, and AI to improve business, customer, and colleague outcomes. The position offers flexible hybrid working and requires significant product management experience, strong data-product expertise, Agile delivery experience, and knowledge of governance, quality, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
