Description

ResMed is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Digital & AI to spearhead the development of AI-driven digital health products. The role involves setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products, identifying and validating opportunities, leading 0→1 product development, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful launches. This position requires a product leader adept at navigating ambiguity, translating complex needs into impactful solutions, and fostering a culture of experimentation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7–12+ years of digital product management experience
Proven success building 0→1 products through discovery, experimentation, validation, and launch.
Preferred Qualifications: ideally in digital health, AI/ML, or regulated technology environments.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complexity into clear direction.
Experience working closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder leadership skills across technical and executive audiences.
Passion for improving health outcomes and building digital products that create meaningful impact at scale.
