Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Product Manager for a contract-to-hire role supporting commercial card and payment-processing capabilities at a regional financial institution in Columbus, Ohio. The position leads product development and delivery, translates business needs into Agile epics and features, maintains a prioritized backlog, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, establishes delivery processes and sprint cadence, and supports platform migrations through stabilization. Candidates need significant payments or financial-services product experience, commercial card and payment-processing expertise, Agile delivery knowledge, and experience with large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives. The role pays $70.00–$80.00 per hour on a W2 basis and requires eligibility for conversion to full-time employment.
