BILL is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem for its Project TrueNorth financial ledger. The role defines a three-year strategy and roadmap, builds reconciliation reports, dashboards, data products, portals, APIs, and workflows, drives adoption across internal finance and payment operations, represents subscriber needs in ledger architecture, and owns outcome metrics such as reconciliation days, manual hours eliminated, and percentage of transaction value operating on-ledger. The position requires extensive product management experience, deep financial data and reconciliation expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional programs; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers San Jose or Draper work locations with specified base salary ranges and benefits.
