Description
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager-Technical to lead AI and agentic capabilities for its Payment Performance Intelligence products. The role owns strategy and roadmaps, translates customer needs into technical requirements, partners with engineering, data science, platform, and customer experience teams, manages PRDs and releases, leads user research and experimentation, supports go-to-market activities, and mentors junior product managers. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience is required, while AI and Gen AI chatbot experience and payments industry experience are preferred.
