Form Energy is hiring a Lead Production Associate for its high-volume battery manufacturing facility in Weirton, West Virginia. The role supports Production Associates and reports to the Production Supervisor, focusing on troubleshooting equipment and process issues, monitoring production downtime and limiters, coordinating materials and resources, leading and supporting the production team, assisting with quality and workflow management, and maintaining safety and continuous-improvement standards. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of production experience, with manufacturing or assembly-line experience preferred, along with troubleshooting, leadership, organizational, and safety skills.
