Applied Composites is hiring a Production Lead (LayUp) to oversee production in complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations. The role plans and monitors production cycles, coordinates staff and workflow, records production data, performs precision assembly, and inspects work against company and customer drawings. Candidates need a secondary certificate, high school diploma, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least three years of relevant experience.
