Applied Composites is hiring a Production Lead for the second shift to oversee complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations. The role plans and monitors production cycles, coordinates staff and production movement, records cell data, performs precision assembly, and inspects work against company and customer drawings. Candidates need a secondary certificate, high school diploma, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least three years of relevant experience.
