Description
The Production Team Leader coordinates and leads production personnel and processes, maintains a safe and clean work environment, audits product quality and scrap, directs machine adjustments, supports continuous improvement, trains and cross-trains employees, adjusts manpower assignments, maintains production records, and assists with new procedures. The role supervises 10 to 25 production-line employees and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of operations or lean experience, manufacturing familiarity, intermediate to advanced PC skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical and safety-related demands.
