Description
The Lead Production Engineer will own the technical direction of manufacturing engineering, lead engineers, and ensure manufacturing processes are safe, efficient, scalable, and compliant with quality and regulatory standards. The role covers process and equipment design, NPI and transfer support, production and yield troubleshooting, continuous improvement, data analysis, SOP and control-plan development, audits, root-cause analysis, operator and technician training, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering. The position also contributes to manufacturing strategy and provides technical leadership and coaching to Production Engineers.
