Description
DefSecIntel Solutions is hiring a Lead Production Engineer to lead the introduction of new products into production, establish manufacturing documentation and standards, improve production processes and testing, resolve manufacturing issues, manage engineering changes and BOMs, and support Design for Manufacturing and Design for Testability. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of production or manufacturing engineering experience, ERP and BOM management experience, CAD/PDM/PLM familiarity, and hands-on experience improving manufacturing processes.
