Description
SMTC Corporation is hiring a Lead Production Operator Level 4 to coordinate daily electronics manufacturing activities, perform advanced electronic and mechanical assembly, monitor production and quality performance, resolve production issues, support continuous improvement, and train and mentor production operators. The role requires at least five years of progressive manufacturing or electronics assembly experience, relevant IPC and Lean Six Sigma certifications, and proficiency with ERP or MES systems and manufacturing software.
