Description
USPL is hiring a Lead, Production Operator for its North Brunswick manufacturing facility. The role leads and coordinates shift production activities, schedules, equipment setup and troubleshooting, quality and batch documentation, regulatory compliance, employee training, safety, and performance management. It requires at least five years of experience in nutritional, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, hands-on experience with blending, granulation, tablet compression, film coating, encapsulation, or pharmacy pre-weigh dispensing, and the ability to work the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM.
