Lam Research is hiring a Production Control Supervisor to lead a team of production control professionals and oversee production planning, scheduling, dispatching, material requirements, inventory, variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. The role coordinates with materials and other departments, resolves production issues, supports ERP and lean initiatives, and develops team members. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, 8–10 years of production planning or similar experience, and 3–5 years of people leadership experience are preferred, along with SAP, Microsoft Office, ERP, lean manufacturing, and strong communication skills. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
