Description
The role leads complex electro-mechanical power-product repair operations, providing hands-on troubleshooting, advanced diagnostics, calibration, testing, and validation while coordinating repair priorities, resources, and production schedules. It also directs and develops technicians, maintains repair documentation and inventory controls, supports continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, and partners with engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and product support teams. The position requires an associate degree or relevant work experience, at least eight years of electronics manufacturing or repair experience, and proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment.
