BRINC is hiring a Lead Technician to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team while overseeing drone assembly, advanced repair, refurbishment, RMA processes, quality compliance, troubleshooting, process improvement, inventory coordination, and reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least one year of progressive leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing, and expertise in electronics, mechanical systems, soldering, troubleshooting, and test equipment.
