Description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is hiring a Lead Production Technician to lead a hands-on team building high-temperature superconducting magnets and assemblies for fusion devices. The role oversees technician and welder hiring, training, production builds, scheduling, quality, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and safety across mechanical, electrical, magnetic, cryogenic, vacuum, pressure, and pneumatic systems. It is a weekday third-shift, onsite full-time position with hourly pay plus a 15% differential, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of formal manufacturing leadership experience, and at least six years of technical manufacturing experience.
