Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Production Test Development Engineer, Customer Hardware (Starlink) to lead a small team of test engineers developing fixtures, test cases, and automated test solutions for high-volume Starlink consumer hardware. The role covers design-for-test guidelines, test strategies, coverage analysis, Python automation, and collaboration with design, manufacturing, and test teams to improve product quality and yield. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline, at least five years of hardware development or electronics test engineering experience, and five years of object-oriented programming experience. The position requires extended hours or weekends for mission-critical deadlines and U.S. government export authorization eligibility.
