Applied Composites is hiring a Lead Winding Specialist to lead the Filament Winding Department and support a crew in producing composite parts. The role operates winding machines and software, controls pressure, temperature, flow rate, and resin or coating application, monitors equipment and production data, coordinates cell changeovers, maintains quality and safety standards, and drives process improvement. Candidates need a secondary certificate or high school diploma, at least five years of experience, composites knowledge, and leadership ability; wet filament winding experience is preferred.
