The role manages program adjustments, asset and contract entitlements, customer accounts, inventory data, database consistency, system enhancements, user access, testing, and process improvements. It requires at least four years of data-processing or equivalent experience, a relevant bachelor’s or vocational qualification, English proficiency, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience with IBM Maximo or other database or CRM software. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days at home.
