Description
Core One is hiring a Lead Program Control Analyst to lead the company’s program control function, including financial forecasting, labor planning, profitability analysis, program performance reporting, government contract pricing, and program execution controls. The role develops analytical models, dashboards, reporting standards, and risk-mitigation processes; partners with program managers and other departments; supports new-business pricing; and leads and develops program control personnel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4–6 years of experience in government contracting financial management, knowledge of FAR and contract pricing, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. The stated salary range is $100,000–$110,000.
