Marrakech is hiring a Lead Program Counselor (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. The role assists with daily living, medical needs, individualized support and behavior plans, community involvement, overnight safety checks, and team collaboration, while serving as a role model for fellow staff. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid; one year of residential experience is required. The position pays $19.59–$20.04 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for DDS Medication Certification, and follows a Tuesday–Friday and Saturday schedule.
