Description
Wabtec is hiring participants for its LEAD Operations EHS Rotational Development Program, a two-year program with four six-month rotations covering health and safety, environmental, supervisory, and small-site EHS leadership roles. Participants will assess hazards, implement safety practices, support regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigations, training, data management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. The program requires a relevant four-year degree, graduation by May/June 2027, willingness to travel or relocate within the United States, and legal authorization to work in the United States; prior EHS experience and a GPA of at least 3.0 are desired. The stated base salary is $72,000, with relocation and travel benefits provided.
