Description
Blattner is hiring a Lead Program Engineer for its Major Projects Group to coordinate engineering integration across renewable generation, transmission, storage, gas generation, and data center infrastructure. The role manages design reviews, RFIs, design changes, commissioning, schedules, budgets, procurement, safety compliance, and project coordination from early-stage development through energization, while traveling up to 25% of the time. A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering and at least six years of progressive engineering, supervisory, or construction/field experience are required; combined renewables and gas generation experience, PE licensure, and power-plant construction knowledge are preferred. The position is remote and offers $121,680–$176,436 in individual compensation plus employer-paid HDHP insurance premiums, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, HSA and FSA options, and other benefits.
