Wabtec is recruiting participants for its two-year LEAD Graduate Program, which rotates through different business areas such as Information Technology, Freight Services, Engineering, and Digital Intelligence. Participants work on real projects, develop technical and leadership skills, gain international exposure, and progress toward a permanent role. The program requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, graduation between January 2025 and December 2027, strong academic performance, advanced or fluent English, travel availability, and some prior experience; benefits include health and dental insurance, life insurance, meal and transportation benefits, and learning opportunities.
