L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Finance professional in Melbourne, Florida to manage the financial control of a critical program. The role partners with program managers and cross-functional teams to develop time-phased budgets and schedules, maintain Earned Value reporting, analyze cost and schedule health, prepare EACs and cash forecasts, support change management, and guide program leadership on financial performance. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience under alternative qualification paths.
