Marrakech is hiring a full-time Lead Program Instructor (DSP) in New Haven, Connecticut, to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home. The role assists with daily living, medical needs, behavior plans, community involvement, overnight safety checks, and team collaboration, while serving as a role model for fellow staff. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid; one year of residential experience is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with pay of $20.85 per hour plus $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification.
