Description
The role leads wing-to-wing engineering programs from schedule definition through delivery, coordinating cross-functional and global teams, modality partners, stakeholders, and program integrations. It requires 10–12 years of engineering, medical, or related experience and 8+ years leading cross-functional programs, with responsibilities including progress tracking, risk escalation, problem solving, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. Advanced experience in engineering, technology, and program integration is required, while PMP, ScrumMaster, customer focus, analytical and problem-solving skills, global collaboration, and proficiency with MS Office and program-management tools are desired.
