L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Manager in Camden, New Jersey to lead the growth and execution of critical Cyber Systems programs, including a new $100M CPFF development program with the NSA and DoD. The role manages program milestones, customer relationships, proposals, contracts, budgets, technical and financial performance, complex development and production efforts, and portfolio growth. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of related experience or a graduate degree with at least seven years, a US Government Secret clearance or higher, and experience with government contracting, cybersecurity, earned value management, and large complex programs. The position is full-time onsite with an estimated 20% travel requirement and a salary range of $125,000 to $232,000.
