The role leads cross-functional program execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, proposals, budgets, contracts, customer interfaces, milestones, risks, and program continuity. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least nine years of applicable experience, commercial and military aviation or aerospace product development and production experience, strong project management and leadership skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires United States citizenship. Preferred qualifications include manpower planning, SAP, Earned Value Management, metrics, compliance, and continuous improvement.
