L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Manager in Greenville, Texas, to lead large, complex, high-visibility aerospace and defense programs. The role provides end-to-end program leadership, including planning, execution, financial oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, customer interface, schedule and performance monitoring, subcontractor management, and aircraft requirements and modification planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 7 years of related experience, experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting, and a minimum Secret DoD clearance.
