ASM is hiring a Global Logistics Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of logistics transformation and digitization initiatives across Global Logistics. The role will establish and lead the Logistics PMO, manage the transformation and digitization roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional and external delivery teams, define governance and project delivery standards, monitor KPIs and benefits, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, semiconductor or equivalent complex manufacturing experience, and at least eight years of supply chain logistics experience, including digital transformation or operational excellence leadership.
